About Our Site

The Ram Plan Co-curricular Transcript is an official university record that showcases what you have learned in your experiences outside of the classroom. When you apply for jobs, internships, educational programs, awards, or scholarships, you will be able to utilize the transcript to reflect on your experiences and identify the competencies and skills you have developed. In doing so, you will be better prepared to highlight your knowledge and skills in cover letters, applications, and interviews.

Note: The Ram Plan Co-curricular Transcript is available for students in this portal. If you have experiences that do not display on your published record, please reach out to ramplan@wcupa.edu to find out why.

  • Include strong learning outcomes that are taught, assessed, and align with a Ram Plan learning goal.
  • Develop the program with promising practices in mind.
  • Exhibit socially justice program strategies that address systems of oppression in the areas of access, equity, participation, education, or human rights.
  • Commit to scoring assessments, sharing feedback with students, and adding programs to their transcripts in a timely manner.
  • Meet validation process requirements.
